I got one last summer on Athens, wasn't even that bad of a day and then my dad was gagging 2 weeks ago after a windy day on Tyler. So how many people have gotten sea sick on rough days with you? I never do, I spent too much time on Navy boats months on end, water rough enough to make me puke would sink a bass boat .

I was on a crew boat in 12-15 seas for 12 hours being evacuated in a hurricane. The only two people that did not get sick were me and the Captain. I've never been sea sick and hope I never do.

I was on a party boat fishing for red snapper....at about 50 miles out my dad asked me how I felt.....I said "so far so good" literally seconds after that I let loose...didn't stop till we hit shore again....I can handle it now but man...that first time was awful!

Fouz we were 70+ men per berthing my first trip across the pond. We got into some nasty weather mid Atlantic December of 2000 and we didn't have enough trash cans. Maybe 5 of us didn't get sick, the rest of the guys couldn't even get off their racks for days unless it was time to puke in the general direction of the trash can. 24 degree rolls 80ft above the water will do that I guess hahaha.

Never been sea sick at the lake or offshore fishing but have gone fishing on a couple of occasions when I probably should not have and ended up puking out of the boat. I can think of 2 situations where I got sick with some sort of 24-36 hr bug in the middle of the night before a tourney but I had already made the drive to the lake and was either staying at a friends place or camping. On both occasions, I got sick after midnight and was miserable all night but managed to get out of bed and launch the boat. During 1 tourney, I managed to fish for maybe 15 minute but then could hardly stand up and spent the rest of the morning laying on the back deck, close to the edge, lol, while by brother fished. The other time I had to stop twice on the way to my fishing spot to puke but managed to fight thru that day too. Not fun but figured it was better to fish than try to drive home and find a way to stop on the interstate to puke.

You mean today? For me, only once on Lake Michigan in 10 foot seas.....I knew I should have left the breakfast buffet alone that morning. I was chumming in technicolor about 3 pm that day....

There were about 65 of us on that crewboat, and only one trash can, which was slid up and down the aisle as needed by the hurlers. I finally had to go up in the wheel house with the Captain or the smell probably would have made me sick!
