Think about pulling the trigger on one of these. Is it worth the $200.00?

good rod - look around for a used one for about 120 - 140.00, if not buy one from an online tackle shop that is offering 20% off with free shipping and no tax...175.00

I really like mine. I use it for a shakeyhead rod.

I have 3 cumaras now...sold the gloomis. I love em. My favorite is the 7'2" Med Hvy X Fast. It pairs up perfectly with the core 50mg7

I don't have one but I have fondled one at Bass Pro and it felt like the perfect rod, not the prettiest but perfect in every other way. If I had a little more money or wasn't such a tight wad I'd buy a couple.

I am a Falcon loyalist but broke down and bought a Cumara. It is an AWESOME rod. You can't go wrong! I haven't paid a dime more than $150 for the two I bought..you just have to do some searching online. Ebay worked for me.

I've owned GLX, St. croix LE and LT, Kistlers LTA - Zbone, Dobyns Champ Extreme, Megabass, Evergreen, Jackall and a few other I'm forgetting and I'm back to cumaras and cumulus. That rod was the culprit as a matter of fact.

All of my rods are Cumara's or of another Shimano line. My 6'8"'s get primarily used with SB's and buzz baits. 7' heavy's for jigs and c-rigs. 7'2's for t-rigs, shakey and mid range cb's. I use a 7'11" reaction for cb's and traps. Step down to the Crucial line for heavy 7' with braid for frogs. Best warranty going out there right now on rods also.

Would the 7'2 mh x fast be a good rod for throwing weightless flukes and worms ???
