I snapped my Carrot Stix E21 this weekend. Had caught five fish already in last 20 mins then bait got stuck on a limb. One small flick and I mean small and snap, my rod breaks in half. Anyone else ever had this problem with carrot stix?

Sorry your rod got broken, this has been one of the problems of the carrot stix. Broke mine the first time I used it, same way. Loved the way it handled but I can't justify buying one everytime I go out.

I have broken 2. After a phone call and mailing it to them w/ $35 they replaced the rod.

I was wondering if there was a way to get them replaced. I love the sensitivity of it more than any other rods I have ever messed with just hope it was a fluke chance that happened.

Fished my two hard for a year now with no problems and I use the MH for flipping and pitching with floro but if It snaps tomorrow I'll take it back to basspro and swap it for another one

I have a 7'6 H Original Carrot Stix that I have landed numerous 2-6lb fish on in heavy cover with absolutely no problems. I use 40-50lb braid on this rod.
