I would like to go fishing tomorrow morning but I don't really know where to find some Clearwater.
I have not had much success with this lake.

If you have to have clean water you might need to go to another lake!! I would just fish shallow in main lake pockets and close to deep water. There is lots of fish there ,but just like all lakes you just have to keep going till you get'em figured out.

I know that's what I should do. Thank you for the pep talk that keeps my confidence up. I will just keep plugging away, beating the bank and I'll find some day.

I don't think I have ever caught a bass in Tawakoni in clear water. Just keep at it and it will get better.

We bass fished all day Tuesday. The main lake on the whole South end has four feet visability. Most of the coves don't look very good right now because we have had some pretty strong winds from the two worste directions: Northwest and Southwest. Fished lots of pocket coves and only caught buck bass, the main lake was holding the mamas this week. Caught many bass on points this week on sassy shad while on guided striper trips as well. They were all keepers. I would keep plugging away and cover ground on the main lake right now. The lake is low anyway and lots of fish will spawn in strange places. Keep moving, when you find the right spot a big limit will be right there. Call me if I can help ya out, Matt
