The difference between the sal weight and champs weight is the weigh in bag.

I've read sooooooo many post on here how bad Roberts sucks....there are some hawgs in that lake and a bunch of them too. It can be tough, but that don't mean it sucks.

Not a Camelot, but one great fishing hole. It's a "spot" lake and it takes time on the water(lots of it!) to learn those spots. Look at the consistant success that Dannie and Rudy continue to have. Those folks that fish it frequently have no complaints--and most of them don't post their success stories. For sure, they don't post pictures.
The sarcastic criticism by a few people make it no longer fun to post results that would be questioned. "Without a picture, there is no proof" is insulting. I fish it about four days a week--catch some fish--but haven't posted results in years. Too bad.

The only time that lake puts out is in the spring.

Congrats to whoever landed that toad!

I know it is. I have a cousin up in Sanger that used to guide it or maybe he still does? His father has an 13+ summer time fish from there. Good lake that can be humbling like Fork.
