I fished that lake all morning and we caught 2 one of them 1.5 lb and the other one wouldn't have weighed. Whats the trick. I was throwing everything at them and couldn't hardly get a bite.

Fish deeper and graph every point, ledge and creek channel that are "main lake", those locals have some good brush and rock piles I have found..

I took second. It was really tough out there yesterday. I caught five fish but only weighed-in four. Had two others come off and a few hits that seemed like they were short striking it. That front really had them shut down.

I had the 15+ with Celina Bass Club. All five fish came on a red rattletrap off windy main lake points. I was lucky enough to keep all five fish buttoned thanks to a new custom rod I had built by an old childhood friend. He owns Bad Boy Custom rods and does a lot of saltwater stuff as he lives outside of Houston but they build one hell of a bass rod as well. Here's a link if anyone wants to check them out.
