I remember there was a post before about cleaning cork handles and I wouldn't repost this question but since the search capability is disabled right now I need to get that information.

Someone posted that there was some cleaning solution that they used on their cork handles that really got them clean. If you know what that solution is I would appreciate it if you could put it on here.

Thanks in advance..

Try a green sos pad and warm water before you buy anything. Seriously, it works as good as anything. I do it to mine all the time. Some take a little more scrubbing than others, but even a bad one only takes 5 minutes to look new.

Mr clean magic eraser works awesome as well. On a few I've used 400 grit sand paper and it has worked great.

Comet, get the wet, sprinkle on some comet and use the sink brush to work up a lather and rinse - it'll look brand new and it won't remove any cork in the process.
