One of the best days of my life came with that color on Rayburn. No weight, dead heat of summer on top of the hydrilla.

spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, flukes, and swimbaits. Works good on all of those.

Oh heck yeah i love them in fresh and in saltwater too. Specs go nuts ,they look like glass minnows.

I realize this is the bass fishing forum, but since you mentioned it, sometimes that's the only color those trout will hit if your fishing under lights at night. Wierd but it works.

caught lots of crappie on clear grubs with rainbow flake!

We use to fish worms on Amistad called "firecracker"; clear with red & blue fleck in them. They worked good in the clear water.
Many elite pros swear by a clear Zara Spook for smallmouth on super clear lakes.
Clear baits definitely have a place in your arsenal.

clear with red and blue, I think it's called firecracker and zoom makes one called smokey rainbow that is badazz.
