I wished you could had them busted! Unfortunately without sure proof that was your property there's nothing the police can do.

If,I was a betting person, I'd bet your workshop wasn't the first time these scum suckers broke into somebody's place and probably want be the last ether. One day they will probably brake into the wrong place, and that's all she wrote. mad

Man I hate crooks and thieves!

I know of two other residents in Oak Point that had their fishing gear stolen last year. I have contacted the other two with my story. They are sneaking in at night and breaking into storage sheds and workshops.

Here's a thought for the officer. How about she takes the tackle in question from person. Then goes back to you and him and ask each of you to write down the names of the items in question. My bet is he will slip up. All thief's slip.

Man, I can't remember brand names of anything I have for fishing except for the boat, motor, trailer and electronics. Rod and reels? Nope I can remember the line test lbs though.

Just can't stand a thief. Worthless, no good S.O.B's. Hope they slip up and get busted one way or the other. Sorry for your loss sir. Good luck to you.

Worthless, lazy, scumbag, puke thug!! I hate thieves. Hope you get your stuff back. Oak Point is a pretty small town isn't it? I would go home and write down everything you can remember that YOU purchased, then go talk to the sheriff or that officer's supervisor. Wait until they go fishing and you and the officer go down and meet them. Then you can describe all of your stuff while the officer holds it out of view. Or take a few of your buddies with you. Hate to see this get nasty but I can only imagine your frustration. My motto-if you don't like what someone told you, call back and talk to someone else. Most of the time, you will get a different story.

You should of pepper sprayed all three of them and took your stuff back. Honestly I dont know what I would of done... You will feel alot better when you get your fishing tackle back, you need to do something to that guy. tellem give me my rod back or Im taking it out of your rear end. I hope you can get your stuff back, I think the police would be on your side if you assault that guy...

I hope you get your stuff back, but the police are'nt much help on something like that because theres no money in for them. I would have called some help and went back and the %&^* would have hit the fan and i would have left there with my stuff! Sometimes if you want it done right you just have to do it yourself
