I grew up throwing stren only, when the flouro craze came about I went to it on everything, I started snapping off big fish on hook sets non stop, I went back to my tried and trued stren for a few applications.

Some i like flouro for better now, but for my t-rigs it's stren original for me.

Almost exclusively 20# invisx. I might go down to 15 if conditions require it

Same here.

Another bonus: the ability to visually read strikes has pretty much eliminated gut-hooked fish for me.

I like P-line CX Premium, which is a fluorocarbon coated copolymer. Casts like mono and has low visibility under water. I am a line watcher also and can see the blue/flourescent color very well.

In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.
