I own property between HWY 21 and HWY 7 on the Trinity river. Is the white bass fishing there any good? Most of the post I have seen on here are much farther down closer to Lake Livingston.

I fish on Youngs creek that feeds the Trinity. Its real close to 21. I've caught Whites this year but they have been small and scarce.

I've fished that part of the Trinity for over 15 years, the lock and dam marina at highway 7 at the trinity bridge is a great place to bank fish or launch your boat. The sandies and catfish are biting great right now.

They say at the lock and dam you can launch up to a 16 footer with a 50 hp, you load it up on a dolly and it takes it down to the river below. Here is the website: http://lockndammarina.com/Capt Rob
