Square bill
tx rig baby brush hog
tx rig 7" power worm
big jig

Bait that I have zero confidence in, but always have tied on: DD22 or 6XD. Can't catch a fish on the damned thing, but always throw it

Spinner bait right along a weed line. If not that, some sort of bait with a square bill.

My confidences have changed through the years for sure. Now I opt for just a variety of soft plastics. The addition of a spinner rig or the oscillation if a J&S Jig Head allows me to get all the action at any depth, I ever need.

As for my confidence baits: (in order of use)

StandUp Craw, creatures & worms
Jig/craw or single tail trailer
T/rigged or Keel-weighted creatures, worms & craws
C/rigged Soft plastics

Bayou cannonball or I may change that to the Talon Pete Ponds swim jig with a Skinny Dipper trailer after the last 2 afternoons.

Bubble Gum Senko at the dam. Per astounding #'s of recommendations from the TFF. Haven't caught anything yet but I'm staying vigilant.
