Man, that is brutal. I have seen something similar on Whitney years back (not as bad as that) and it is heartbreaking.

That lake can flat put out the big fish. One of my favorite small stops in the state. I really hate to see it in this condition. I spent much of my youth in a pop-up camper on Rattlesnake point with dad's bass boat beached on a tire nearby.

Sad to see that. I have fished a couple of tournaments on that lake and it was always productive.

That sucks! That is one of my favorite lakes, well, was I should say. That was truly a hidden jewel. Gonna take years to rebound from that.

Yes that is definatly sad to here. I was there about 3 weeks ago and hammerd some nice toads. best was a 7 1/2 lber. I was planning on going back this weekend but I guess not.I'm wondering does it affect all depths of the water. Like others have said the lake is low,now the alge bloom it will be several years before it comes back

A friend of mine has grandparents who live on that lake. I've only seen the lake once, but I've seen pics of some good fish that have come out of there. This news really sucks!
