How many of our TFF lady anglers are planning on fishing the WBT in '06? I for one have decided to fish it and was just wondering how many others were going to give it a try?

I am probably only going to fish the Lake Lewisville one. Trying to get my nerve up anyway.

I'm looking at fishing the Toledo Bend one. But like others I have to get my nerve up to do it!!!

PLEASE do come fish the WBT tournaments. Sure it may seem a little scary, but remember every one of those ladies fishing the WBT were in the same position as you at one time. I remember the first few times that I fished in a tournament, of this scale, and it was very intimidating, but thank goodness I didn't cave into my uncertainties and stuck it out. Otherwise, I would have missed out on many wonderful experiences and many new friends.

Bumble Bee--I am looking for a link partner for the 2006 Lewisville tournament. Linking evens out the tournament field and offers a better chance to fish since the tournaments are limited to 100 participants each in the boater and non-boater divisions. Also, the sooner that you register the better because entries are confirmed based on time and date submitted.

I think i'm going to give the Lewisville tournament a try also. I will fish as a non-boater tho to take some of the stress off. I want to fish at least one of these in my lifetime since we women finally have this wonderful opportunity to prove that we too can fish. It's a long, hard week, hope my old body can hold out. LOL

WBT Bound..
I to am planning on fishing 3-4 of their tournaments. The first being Toledo Bend (if it isn't moved due to low water conditions). I'm already doing my homework on the lake so hope it rains like _ _ _ _ before March 16th.
As for ya'll that are a little leery in registering for any of the WBT tournaments, STOP!!!!!! It will be one of the most important and possibly life changing decisions you will ever make. One of these tournaments can be whatever you make it. Fun, Competitive, Learn a whole lot, Make new and wonderful friends, and Give you such a sense of accomplishment that you will never forget it for the rest of your life. I'm 60 years old and CAN"T WAIT. BRING IT ON ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Come on, take the ball and run with it. You won't be disappointed.
