Looking to pick up one or two new casting rods and a new spinning rod. Would really like to stay with American made, what are you suggestions (trying to keep $150 or below each)?
I'm thinking it's gonna be Falcon but would love to hear other options

Maybe you can find in e-bay one use ALL STAR TITANIUM rod(rod buit in Houston ,not in China!!!).
I am fishing with some rods built by me on ALL STAR AUSTIN(TITANIUM ) fly blank and i can tell you these are super rods, light and with lot of reserve power..
If you have money you can buy the best American rod built now by G.LOOMIS(not the rod built by SHIMANO with name G.LOOMIS on the rods).

I think Falcon has the best priced American made rod at 100 bucks. Hard to beat that price.

GLoomis is a Japanese owned Company by the Way. Shimano owns them but anyway, the best American made rods that I can find ( I use their blanks) is the St. Croix Rods. The blanks are made in USA but some of the finished rods are assembled by a St Croix owned plant in Mexico but it is a Company plant.

Tony, I was talking about the G.LOOMIS new company http://www.northforkcomposites.com/ ,not G.LOOMIS own by SHIMANO. Why you don't answer me about the price for BOCA orange seal ball bearing, what i need for my spinning reel DAIWA WHISKER SS TOURNAMENT 1300?????
