what is the procedure on getting a "boat" pass..
how much, when, and where do you get one..

You can get one at the ramp or at the store on the corner
it's $5.00 a day

Yes $5 at ramp covers lake and ramp fee.
PK has the dreaded tan water and foam on the banks. Fish still biting but bites can be hard to come by. Fished Monday boated 2 over 16" and lost one on side of boat that would go 5lbs. That was over 8 hours of hard fishing.

Yeah Tim and Jason are probably in the same wieght class so I feel your pain Brotha ! Hell we gotta split up to cover as much water as we can so we don't have to see your 2 ugly mugs in the pics every damn tourney. Man that would suck probably break Tommy's camera and 22,945 peoples computer's.
