Most of what I saw today was 54 to 55 did find some 62 deg water. Get ready.

Champs scheduled a tournament on Ray Bob before the middle of April? Say it ain't so. Cold and muddy is the forecast. North wind howling right now blowing all the mud south.

Doesnt look like I am fishing champs.... headed to falcon at the end of next week for vacation. If anyone wants to contribute a "donation" to my falcon fuel fund I will go fishing with you either Saturday or Sunday and show you what I would do if I was fishing a tournament for 20K next weekend.
Take it for whats it worth. Its been tougher for me out there than anyone. PM me for details.

Fished the shootout and it was tough for us alot of 2 pound fish but couldnt get any big bites. I hope with this warm weather that we are having will move the big girls up.

Any one know of a good place to fish from the bank on ray Bob? FM 922 at isle du bois creek. Caught an 8 there from the bank when I was a kid. Creek channel swings in close to the bank on the north east side of the bridge. Johnson branch north and south of the beach. Isle du bois state park all over in the big cove on the south side.

Father is coming up for the weekend from Houston on April13th. Taking him and my son camping an fishing. Will be camping in Isle du Bois, so anybody familiar with area that can give me some good places to fish? Not trying to steal anybodys honey holes, just want Father and son to have a good weekend of catching some fish. Please PM me with any ideas. Really appreciate it! I just purchased first Boat an this will be first time to take the old man out on it.
