Does Humidity affect bass? Is 53% humidity make a difference and would East south east wind make a difference at all?

Humidity I would say no, saturation and pressure of air would make a negligible direct impact to fishing. I can run through the math, but I've already done that a couple of times on other posts.

What it is, is a indirect relation to potential weather changes that would effect organisms lower on the food chain.

Same with the wind, even 20 mph wind will not directly affect fish greater than 5 ft deep.

As for the direction of the wind, possible temperature changes; time until change occurs and the speed it occurs; and key to which points in the lake will be most likely affected.

That's not true, a barometer under water will turn into a relative depth gauge

Stick your head under the water its 100% but CHANGE IN barometer, thats another thing thumb

...and you are correct....as barometric air pressure and its changes certainly would have an effect on a sensitive pressure gauge under water.

Humidity does not enter into the bite equation. The weather that typically accompanies high and low humidity does, however. And therein lies the barometric relationship. Temperature (and variance during the day), photoperiod, wind and wind direction all play into the bite, or lack thereof as does barometric pressure.

Two of a bazillion examples would be,

East Wind behind a front and high, steady barometer equal tough fishing.

South wind, even if strong, ahead of a front with partly/or overcast conditions and a moving barometer (typically falling) equal good to excellent fishing. Especially at this time of year.

So 6 MPH winds make no difference what so ever, and what wpuld partly coudy skies do?

You can't consider windspeed, only. Tell me the direction, the weather conditions and the time of year and I may be able to offer something else or may not.

Wind even when weak is very often a factor...at 5 feet, at 20 feet and at even deeper depths, as most anyone experienced in fishing wind driven lake currents has found or those of us that scuba dive lakes have seen directly.

Cloudy skies seem to increase fish strike zones and feeding activities. Perhaps because their sight is optimized for lower light conditions and they don't have irises to limit light entering their vision.

Humidity does effect fishing, on days of high humidity the suns rays are dispersed somewhat so the the sunlight is not as bright. high humidity lengthens the topwater bite.

barometric pressure effects the fish's swim bladder, and thus the overall activity of a bass, low pressure = active fish, sudden high pressure = fish holding tight to structure and /or cover.
