I was watching the live streaming weigh-in yesterday. When Brandon Palaniuk came in with just 3 fish he said that after he had zero on day one Alton Jones put everything in perspective for him. He said Alton told him he was at the expo a few years back of a classic he did not qualify for and Alton said "I was looking at the person that finished last, and was wishing it was me". Goes to show just making it is everything. What a class act Alton Jones is, met him at the outdoors show in Arlington a few year back and have to say my life is better because of it. Going into the final day 3rd less than 4 Lbs back, I am pulling for him.

Yep, nothing wrong with being the last place man in the CLASSIC!

Alton Jones is a first class act. I've had the privilege to fish with him twice. He is a pretty good fisherman too... LOL

Got a lot of respect for him. He's a good man and a good role model.
