Trolling motor just stopped working all of a sudden. I took off the prop and there was grass wrapped tightly around the shaft. Cleaned it off but I couldn't get it to spin. What do you guys think.

Call Boris Marine electronics, they're in North Ft.Worth right off 820 on Azle AVE. They can fix ya right up, good people.

Find the fuse and check it too! Mine has a little reset tab you have to push in.

Plug and breaker are the two main reasons this happens. You don't say which trolling motor, but if it's a 5-speed, wires will burn in the top and cause this problem. John
