I'm headed out to fish Limestone tomorrow for the first time. How hard are shad to come by on this lake?

I have had good luck on getting shad on the upper end of the lake.
You can cross lake on FM 3371. Have always found bait in this area.
Watch for shallow water and lots of stumps.Have had very good luck
drifting this lake around the high lines.High lines are about middle of lake.
