Yes , Before the park was a park , and had to walk down that hill where the rest rooms are at today I think, but that has been awhile back....

I think it changed when the City of Grand Praire took the parks over. Britton Park on South side of lake closed during winter.

Yeah , I guess things do change , But I know they didn't use to close down for winter... I guess that old boy that was going didn't go after all ... I never seen the fishing report I asked for ....

Joe Pool good lake in the DFW area. Caught many fish over the years.
