I am just getting back into fishing and am looking for a good place around the north part of Ft. Worth to fish but I want to be able to eat the fish that I catch. Any suggestions?

I will check it out. The fish at Kroger don't put up much of a fight but are tasty.

Several lakes in that area have edible fish. Eagle mountain, benbrook, grapevine, plus all the ponds.

Not even close to true. You are far more likely to get sick eating store bought fish than catching and cooking it fresh.
