Hey guys, I've reacently taken to trying to switch from a spinning reel to baitcaster. I got a shimano curado 200 (was told to get a good one or not get one at all)and have been spooling Seaguar invizx 12 lb on it. every time ive taken it out (3-4 times) it will work for a while but the eventually the line will (or is) some how slip under the spool and get stuck under the other line. i wouldnt really call it a birds nest but it sure is frustrating. Any suggestions on how to prevent this or what is causing it? This is the video i used to spool which everything seems correct. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJ6V_ytJVXA

Also be sure and spool it on your baitcaster the same way it comes off the line spool. Maybe you already know this but if not run a pencil through the spool and start winding the reel and allow the line spool to freely turn. A spinning reel is just the opposite, lay the line spool on a flat surface and allow the line to freely come off without the spool of line spinning. If you have filled the baitcaster wrong then slowly drag your line behind the boat for a few minutes so the line will un-twist.
