Look what I caught this morning. These were 2 of 9 caught. Deep and shallow.

I don't now about virtuous part but it more like some time even a blind hog can find a acorn. I threw them all back in but the several caught next to the bank had big bellies so I would assume females loaded with eggs. Guessin' the spawn is on. Water temp was around 57 -58 mid lake. Been a month since I last hit this lake.

The wind kicked in around 10 am and I left. I need to replace my 3 year old batteries. Before then the lake was slick as glass with only a light breeze. However today I'm gonna do some chores around the house. The front came in last night and the wind is howling this morning. Maybe Sat I will give it another try.
