What is yalls opinion on the 6.6 medium action vengence rod. I found a good deal and just wanted to know more about it before I bought it

Had the spinning rod,didn't like it, the sensitivity is sub par and the stifness of the rod was WAY too much for shakey heads, dropshots etc. The handle length along with the stiffness of the rod made it feel like your reel was in the middle of the rod.

It's the bottom of the barrel in Abu's V-Series. So you can expect that it will still be another good Abu product, but don't expect it to perform like a Veritas or Verdict. However, for the price point, I'm not sure there is anything better than the Vengence.
