Would some of you guys like to share some of your favorite colors of cranks and plastics as they are used by season(winter, spring, summer, fall)? If the size or model# is important to you ...please list that also. powdr

Year Round: Brown scale crawdad wiggle wart, 1/4 PBJ pattern football jig, shakey head, texas rigs. Spring prespawn: Spinnerbait usually lots of chart to imitate perch or a crappie pattern (If crappie spawn is on). Texas rig, jig, jerkbaits and c-rig. squarebill. Theres usually a window (week or so) when they are prespawn and crappie are starting to spawn where a spinnerbait will flat out tear 'em up and few other baits will produce bites. Spring spawn and post spawn: Anything that stays on bottom t-rig, shakey head. Buzzbait, spooks, flukes. squarebill. Summer: top water baits of all kinds. t-rig, jig, crankbaits. Fall: Flukes, top water, spinnerbaits, crankbaits, nearly anything will work during the fall. Winter: Crank bait, jerkbait, t-rig, jig, c-rig, dropshot, spoons.
