Since the search feature is turned off I'd like to see some recipes for crappie. There was one guy on here not too long ago posting pics of his crappie tacos that I want to try but can't find it now.
Really looking for anything baked/broiled.
Let's hear 'um!

not helping you much with a recipe but does anyone ever scale and cook whole anymore? minus the head and guts of course
