Did anybody go today sunday and fished the barge. Are the fish still biting?

I went, it was slow for us jig fisherman.. They were doing well on minnows. Shad are still thick in there, i probably snagged over 100 of them. Came home with 4 12-13" crappie.

It's hard to catch a crappie when he has a shad buffet in front of him.

My buddy went on Sunday, and he said the bite was even slow on minnows. What time was he there?? They were getting them pretty good with minnows while i was there.

I fished Monday from 9 to 2 pm and saw crappie catch. I only got nine but they were aleast 13 inches and more and the females was full of eggs. One person on the end has a basket full. Saw a guy catch one I know was over 2 pound. They were biting minnows good. You know that you have to be in the spot when the fish move in.

There were 14 people inside and a few outside at 3 this afternoon, had to stop in since in was in winnsboro on business
