Lake was calm looked a little muddy ditches and creeks looked like they were holding water. Or moving slowly. Birds were every where. Seen lots of birds really close to shores. drove down sat eve. didnt pull the boat (bummer)same ol excuse shoulda coulda woulda stuff). Lots of boat activity too.

BenS Angler B Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 341 Lake Limestone	Passed by Running Branch Marina on Limestone today and a couple of people were crappie fishing from the bank. Haven't seen that in a while. Currently Limestone is only 2.4 feet from being totally full and still rising. It's up about 8 feet since October.

Boaters said the crappie bite was still slow, catfish were good. some said VERY GOOD. My Favorite love park had lot of boat activity too. crappie fishermen were mainly still looking for the fish from there too.
