Anyone know how to make a suspending jerkbait float? I am wanting to make a Lucky Craft slender pointer float up like a rattlin rogue. Has anyone tried this before?

Drill a little hole in the bottom of your jerkbait and spray a little expanding foam in it.

Fish killer, I hate to go to a smaller hook plus I doubt it will make it float that much faster.
TX4liberty, that is kinda what I am thinking. Looking at the clear models, they have a small lead core in the belly. I am wondering if I can drill out a portion of that lead and then apoxy the hole back up.

Smaller hooks & split rings, also fish on mono instead of fluoro

Chapstick floats.But its better to just buy a floater.
Parafin wax melted and applied works also.

I don't think Lucky Craft makes a single jerkbait that floats.
