I'm about to head out in the cold and rain to see what I can do. Fishing a good size pond with bass that exceed 10lbs. This place has rocks and structure and has produced a fish over 5lbs the last 4 trips or so. What would you throw in this rain and cold? Deep enough to throw DD22s etc. you can fish pretty much anything in here. What would yal do? Fast responses please, thanks

Directions to pond please? I'll bring an assortment of lures, we'll figure something out. Jig, trick worm, weightless.

don't forget to take a few shaky heads. If they are not hitting the larger lures the finesse stuff may work.

+1 on the shaky head, also try the wacky worm too. Red traps seem to work well. When all else fails, Wacky worm!

When I fish a pond I will always have a texas rig craw or worm tied on. I basically fish it like a jig and flip the cover, stumps/grass etc

It was on today. Had a 5 fish sack of 26 and change. Had a 7- 4,5 -13,and another 5 -7. Two of these on jigs( 7- 4 and 5 -7) we added a couple 3lbers and each of us lost a fish in the 4lb range right at the boat. Totally worth the cold for us. Jig bite was pretty slow but they were hittin the piss out of em. I'll try and get some pics up. We had to take the Jon boat today.... And to make matters worse the trollin motor grinded the gears out within 2 minutes. Overall it was a good day and jigs produced for us again. Also caught one on a crank(5-13) and a swim bait. Great day for us, hope yal did well too
