Just bought a 2006 champion 210 elite with the 250 xs racing motor. I noticed this mornin that there was some thick black suit or however u spell it, inside the back of the prop, is it just built up exhaust or something to worry about?

nothing to worry about.
that usually happens when the motor doesn't get run hard enough. and or the prop on it is too big of pitch not allowing the engine to reach it's max HP.

use carb cleaner and clean it out and fresh plugs, and run the heck out of it.
that's a great boat you have there. and runs best with a worked 26p tempest plus.
