Does anyone have any information on the pond behind an office building near the intersection of I-35 and Western Center Blvd?

The pond is located behind the building on the northwest side of that corner.

The water looks beautiful and it may be a spring-fed pond.

That pond is on BNSF Railway property and you will get escorted out if you're not an employee. Just a tip... not only are there security guards roaming the place but Railway Police as well. How do I know all of this? I work there.

Just curious, have you ever fished it and if so, how'd you do?

I have fished the pond many times and have had decent success. The largest I personally have caught out of there is about 4#. It is very "weedy" and somewhat difficult to bank fish with certain techniques. I've been dying to take my 12' jon out there but, no dice. The Railroad won't allow it.

man ive wanted to fish that thing so bad.. i asked the security gaurd there if i could fish, and he of course said NO.. oh well.. looks good though
