Hey Bud I would use the best line you can afford...But in my opinion you dont cut corners on line...You can anywhere else, rod, reels, baits, etc...But your line is the last place to do it IMHO...Good Luck on your trip!

Cheap is the wrong word how about affordable I vote for Big Game as well. tho you can't spool up three rods inexpensively braid is a contender cause it lasts so long.

I love suffix,don't know of it qualifies but i do a lot of freshwater and saltwater fishing I respool about every8 months. I landed 25 lb bullred on 12 lb camo and I muscled him with no problem.

I always use segaur invisix because I think it's the best. I just asked this question because of this certain occasion
