Ok so your insurance calls me i say don't know anything about it. Then we go to small claims court i say i don't know anything about it. You have no proof so nothing happens you wasted your time and your boat still has a ding. Just saying if people didn't act rude they wouldn't get rude treatment. I'm not pointing this at anyone like you said you don't do this so you don't have to worry about it just like i don't do this so i don't worry about it. People that do do this have to worry about it when they pull up on someone. If they would just ask they would get a whole lot better response.

Just an educated guess, I suppose. He came running into Highwaw/Ledbetter from the north shortly after daylight, at the same time a bunch more boats were running down the lake from that direction. The only open ramp north of Highsaw/Ledgetter is the Villages, and I know the Weekend Series was taking off from the Villages that morning.

there were lots of boats launched there sat that were not in the series, im not taking his side, im just saying maybe he was not in the weekender tourny, I know most of the guys in it and they are decent guys, who dont encroach like that, I could be wrong but if your not sure, id think you would have just said a guy in a legend not one of the weekenders series guys.
