The cartels probably hate it.

it took Zona three days to get that little bit of viedo. It is not as easy as they want to make it look. You could even tell they staged one fish , watch it again an the fish that went in the well was caught again no fight.

Just got back last night. All is well if you fish the dam area.

This thread is depressing me! I've got a guided trip scheduled sat the 25th. Am I wasting my money going down there only to get skunked? I have the worst luck with guides. I'm always in the boat hearing them tell me how great it was yesterday!

No, you are not wasting your money fishing Falcon with a guide in late February. You're going at a very good time and the Solunar tables are in your favor.

I agree with this man here.Plubicity ruined Choke canyon and its going to do the same to Falcon .What happens at Falcon should stay in the boat people preserve it while we can.

The crowd isn't helping the lake, it seems like fish are a lot more boat shy than they were just 2 years ago. You now have to position your boat farther back from the cover.

Sure was nice when you pulled up to the boat ramp and only saw 4-8 trucks in the parking lot.

Just got back an hour ago after fishing for three days and I'll tell you now I'll be going to another lake on my next trip. The boat traffic was U-N-R-E-A-L. North end or south; it doesn't matter. Fishing 1/4 mile offshore and no less than 5 boats came within casting distance to check you out. And for what; we had 12 fish in 3 days on good areas. Too much pressure; too many boats. Nobody fishing the mexican side is mainly to blame. Talked to several that did go across and they smoked 'em. Fish on that side haven't seen lures at all and they caught most of them on spinnerbaits shallow. Two to four feet. Fishing mid lake south and didn't see anyone but gill netters running their lines! When I got back to the boat ramp I counted 43 trailers just at the county ramp. Which by the way is getting very hard to launch. Your back bumper is almost under water to launch. Lake's just being beat to DEATH!!
