Please let me know your thought on Crappie Nibblets. I know some people that swears this stuff work, and some prefer not to use it. Let me know what you think...

Waste of time and money if you ask me. Plus you get that nasty stuff all over your fingers and hands if you change jigs. If the fish are biting you don't need niblets in my own opinion. Plus if the bite is on to heck with grabbing another niblet to put on my hook. My line is going right back down to where it was as soon as the one I just caught is in the bucket. That usually takes about 30 seconds. A niblet would waste a good 2 minutes or better, but to each his own and yes some people swear by them and they have a right to. The way I look at is I don't care what you are using as far as bait and gear. If you are catching fish that is all that matters not what somene else fishing around you thinks

I have some, but have not used them yet. If the Crappie are finicky I might give them a try. Can't hurt anything.

I normally don't fish without them, but there was one trip that I didn't use them and we tore them up.
Sometimes you need them to entice the bite, other times, it does not matter

when the bite is slow give them a try, you might be suprised at the results. then again they might not make a difference. you never know unless you try something different.
Crappie it's what's for dinner!

Normally I don't use them, but I have had times that it took them to get bit. I always have some on hand for those times that the fish are not biting good. Could make the differance from having fish for dinner or not.

I use them at times, they sometimes make a difference. Use a "Bait Pump" and a hollow tube, no mess no fuss. Agree when they are biting well it's a waste of time. My two cents.

I have seen many times if you do not have one on your jig you do not get a bite

When you tie two jigs of the same color on and do not catch a fish on the one without the crappie nibble it will make you a believer.
