Has any one been to the brazos was wondering if there was any trout left down there also if anyone had any tips for striper fishing that area thanks.

I was there last Friday 2/3/12 and they were catching trout.

If you put in at Hwy 16 how far do you normally plan on going in a day trip?

Normally a mile or two. Dont go to far because coming back up takes longer. There have been a few times when I made the trip back up stream and it became dark on my way back.
