I don't get it, why kill this great fishery? I'm coming to Falcon to try and catch a double digit fish. If I want fish to eat, I'll go to the catfish house down the road from my house.

Wow thats terrible, why go down there to catch fish to eat. Ignorance but its their right, although its stupid I agree. That just sucks. I am going again March 12-17

Really is heartbreaking, I fully support people's right to keep legal fish, but don't keep the 7-8's (Once again it is their right) Use common sense and keep the fish steal the protein from all those fat betty's. End of rant.

got my rooms two weeks ago. have to stay in one room fri the 18th and change to another room sat. the 19th. At least its the same hotel!!

Dont think it's just Louisiana folks , been going to Falcon for 10+ years never kept the first fish, and never will !

many, many locals here keep big fish too......saw a guy fishing from the bank here at the county catch a monster of a bass on shrimp that he was using for cats. He tossed her right in the sand.

Falcon is fishing more like Lake Fork then Lake Falcon.

Not sure what else to say. But Guess what ...

The luck factor is running out. Past few days its more about skills then just throwing a magnum fluke at a bush.

PS: All of you East Texas / Dallas - Nitro / power pole / Dual Power poles / Shallow water fisherman / Point your boat towards someone as soon as they hook into a fish off-shore / Throw your marker buoy and roll up on peoples spots thinking it's your area now because you just dropped a market buoy.

Man it must be worse than anybody can imagine. It's funny what some peole will do to catch a little or in this case a big green fish. Seems like the last couple of months every post, made it seem like you just show up down there and all you had to do was throw a line in the water and BAM you are in the DD club. I guess after you spend all that time and money to get there and you realize its not that easy desperation sets in and you just lose your moral compass. I would be willing to bet 90% of the people are considerate. I am headed down Sunday for a few days and I promise not to be part of the problem.

LOL I guess its a good thing Camelot Bell has a fee. Can you imagine what that would be like if it was free. There would be a line of trucks and boats like at the end of that movie FIELD of DREAMS.
