Gar-Man,

I just put the lemon-pepper and parmesian. Nothing else. It taste really great. It is quick and easy. NO MESS!!!! It is really good with some rice on the side.

Tried the ranch and dried onions on fish and loved it. Tonite we tried it on chicken breast and it was great!!! give it a try!!!!

Here's a recipe using parmesan along the lines of the one mentioned by Michelle.

Can be used with crappie or whatever you've got.
I tried several other of their recipes. All were very good.

Man I did the ranch, onion with some Tony Chachere's on it last night with some chicken thighs. That is some good stuff. Gonna have to see what else I can do that with. Thanks for sharing that with us.
