You'd be hard-pressed to find an actual flipping stick for under $100 anymore.
There are some that are slightly over $100 you could look at. Falcon, Castaway, All Star, Maybe St. Croix.
I would check the buy/sell form on here and see if anyone has any used flipping sticks. I got a Loomis IMX 7-7 for $175 bucks the other day.

A skeet is the only one that price range. It is a good rod but a little heavy.
One you build and fish with your own hand built custom rod you will fish with nothing else!

I saw this rod on clearance for $99.96 at the Cabelas in Allen last night. I don't have any experience with American Rodsmith rods but it's listed at $369.99 on the American Rodsmith website.
It's the Denny Brauer Perfect Flipping Stick:
H3TU-PFS76 Perfect flipping Stick 76 12-65lb 3/16-1oz Heavy/Fast $369.99
Maybe someone can chime in with any experience with American Rodsmith rods...seems like it's a pretty good deal.
To be clear, I didn't buy the rod and it may still be there for the OP. Can anyone else provide experience or comparison of American Rodsmith rods.

BCFR 954 GLX seems to be pretty popular as well.

I think they are awesome, titanium recoil guides and very sensitive. I have flipped a lot of heavy brush at Falcon with these rods and they do not flinch. I'd buy that mother in a heart beat.

I know that you only want to spend around a bill, but if you can any way save or put 60$'s with that 100, the 7'6" heavy Boyd Duckett is second to none. It is so sensitive and you can really lay the smack down with it!! The warrenty and customer service for the product is great as well. Academy is now selling the Duckett's. It would be a great investment.
