Has anyone ever had any real luck locating and catching saugeye at lake kirby in abilene? Thanks

Anyone I know who catches one does it by mistake. There has to be a ton of them in there by now though.

People used to catch them occasionaly, but I haven't heard anything positive since it almost completely dried up about 5 yrs ago. I'd be curious to know this as well. I hear the catfish are biting pretty good though.

cats are great. you can catch them 24/7 one after another on good days. carp is good. a bass and saugeye every now and then. bait fish out the a**. crappie are good at the two docks. hope this helps
