Just wondering if anyone has ever done this.. I have a 18' Javelin and the trailer is original but it only has one 2X6 running down each side.. I didn't think there would be any problem with this but I hit a pothole at about 10MPH (not that big of one but big enough to cause a jerk) and it caused everyone of the brackets to bend down and the screws to pull out of the boards somewhat. I would like to add another 2X6 down each side like "most" trailers i've seen have. Just wondering if I should have the brackets welded or would bolting to the frame be fine? And if they make a kit to do this and where I can buy one?

yeah! I finally got a repair manual. It was the waterpump on the cooling and the timer base on the firing. Thanks for checking though, and thanks for all the help.
