 Minn Kota Lost It's Variable Speeds

A custom Minn Kota 3hp trolling motor suddenly lost its reverse and variable forward speeds (twist handle selector.) Full on forward is all that's left now. This happened after a couple of hours of very low speed trolling.
There is no inline fuse on this system.
Anyone have any ideas?

Fosters has advertised on this board regarding that control,,,Dont really know now as I believe they are from LA, you might want to do a search.. The control board is replaceable.

Yep i agree with Hooker, I have used Fosters and they are really super to deal with. They have sure helped me out in the past.

Just got e-mail from Fosters, he said it was going to be a while, marshall law in his area and blocked off by National Guard where he cannot go to his shop. Do`nt know how he was able to e-mail me? They need all the praying we can give them. Saw where business`s are relocating to other parts of state to get back into business. Send money, that is what they need more than anything else. GOOD LUCK

Sorry to hear this
Had never heard a complait against them
It always appeared that they had a good inventory and did quite a lot of repair work.
Hope they are able to pull it back togeather.
