First off sorry for all the questinos but the search feature isn't working for me. I need some help with the settings on my Mark 5x pro I just picked up. I'm basically a newbie to graphs as is this is the best unit I've owned yet. I have the sensitivity set around 93% where I get a double reading on the bottom it's everything else I need to fine tune. When I open the menu to adjust the sensitivity it also has the option to adjust the colorline, how does this setting change with the conditions? I have the color on grayscale, what are the other two color settings for? What do you usually run the noise rejection and surface clarity to? I will spend most of my time looking for brush piles and baitfish looking for crappie. Thanks for any help and if you can recommend any online help resources to help with my questions would be appreciated

First put your unit in shallow water mode that will be located in your sonar menus..then changes these items to your liken.

I would bring down my sensitivity to 78-84

noise reduction and surface clutter on low

ping speed 18-19
