What is your ULTIMATE fishing trip that you have not taken yet or maybe you have taken it.
For me it would be a week in backcountry Canada fishing for Walleye and Muskie
Or maybe a week in Alaska cathching Trout, Salmon, and Halibut.
A Texian is just a regular person way out on a limb

I have a tough time picking between Venice & Key West. Reguardless, those two places are on my bucket list.

Wherever I can catch a 500lb Giant Mekong.
You know the old saying
If it floats, flys, or f___s it is always cheaper to rent!
You have to decide which is more important.

Buda: High on my list is a Mitchll Bay/lake ontario spring or fall Smb trip. Google it an d your mouth will water. another trip back to tha canals of maima for peacock.would have to work this in with a keyes trip and a stop at reelfoot lake in tennennsee for crappie. When your setting at the keyboard recovering from open heart surgery many places come to mind.
