Hope everyone is doing well!

I posted a couple months back when I first purchased my Skeeter and was having some trouble with my engines power after being on the water for a couple of hours.

Description: Boat would run great for 2-3hours..then after coming to a stop and trying to get back on plane the engine would pull around 1/2-3/4 the power..and the engine will not rev(raise the RPM's) while in idle.

Well I took the boat to my local guy in Houston and he suggested I get the engine tuned etc.. new carbs..clean the lower unit..new water pump..normal yearly/bi-yearly mnt stuff. Well after which the boat has run great for the last 3-4months (averaging around 3 trips out a month)

However, this past weekend I experienced hte same old problem. Boat worked great for a couple of hours then boom..didn't want to go.

Now I've been diligent on adding the proper amount of oil..using "clean" gas from gas stations and not the marina's..and installed two new gas tanks after the original tune-up...

So the questions? Could my carbs be clogged or am I potentially looking at a bigger problem here.

BTW: during the original tune-up my compression ratio was great.

Any help would be great!!!!
