Yep that's Rick's boat

He was down at falcon for a week last year
Then sunk it on choke canyon

The boat is in the Houston are now I do believe. I think his FIL has it
I am not sure if it's still wrapped though

I know it took a beating this year at fork during the legend tourny
We left chunks of wrap hanging on stumps

I

He was coming in late in the evening when a squall was approaching and the wind got up. Waves got big and one picked him up and deposited him on a sandbar, swamped the engine and the boat sunk in about 2-3 minutes. I believe the top cap separated from the hull, as well.

Choke aint no joke, last year I saw a Ranger upside down in the back of a cove by Four Fingers that sank mid lake and floated to its burial! For a smallish lake the winds can make it fierce out there.

oh wow.....does anybody know his posting handle? would like to send him a message and ask him where he got his wrap and if it covered the gunnels completely. I had no idea that was the boat that got totaled on choke.

I don't think he runs a Legend any more so he went the next step up a Ranger J/K LOL!! Hope it floats better than the last one did.
