I bought a 1961 sears boat 12'. mIt came with a working trolling motor, good trailer, 5 hp motor, lights, chains, life vest, depth/fish finder, and anchor. He said the motor didn't work and the lights didn't either. The boat is restored and looks sharp. So I bought it all for 700 dollars. I took it home and the engine started right up and all the lights work! WOO HOO! I can't wait to take it out! banana woot

That's a nice change - something works that's not supposed to. Usually it's the other way around. You must be living right!

Good luck with the boat.

Even though I'd have one anyway.. I thought the throw float isn't required for boats less than 16'?
